Material Selection

Briquette Quality
Cube form, density and structural integrity are evaluated before conditioning.

Thermal Conditioning
Charcoal passes through ReadyCoal's controlled thermal-conditioning process. Process parameters are proprietary.

Controlled Cooling
Conditioned charcoal is cooled under controlled procedures before handling.

Inspection
Dimensional, weight and visual checks are carried out on sampled material.

Packaging
Finished charcoal is packaged to protect condition and presentation in transit.

Batch Tracking
Production is organised into batches so material can be traced through the process.

Testing
Samples are set aside for laboratory testing as the validation programme develops.
Final performance claims are subject to product validation and testing.

As production scales, each batch is intended to carry the following record. Batch information becomes available to customers through lot lookup once published.
